Initial Assessments: Our initial assessment appointments can range between 60-90 minutes, depending on the needs of the individual and any assessments that may need to be completed during the assessment.
Functional Capacity Assessments: Our functional capacity assessments are usually 90-120 minutes. This is due to collecting comprehensive background information from the parent/caregiver, completing any standardised or parent questionnaires, and reviewing the individuals capacity and performance in a range of daily living activities. Our FCAs may be split into 2x shorter appointments, depending on the regulation of the individual and/or the family circumstances.
Ongoing therapy: Our typical therapy appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes (1 hour). This includes 50 minutes of direct, face to face time with the individual, and then 10 minutes of documentation/record keeping on our client management system.
